I feel like a broken record. I just can not seem to get control of my eating habits. I just started working out again and the muscle fatigue I felt while working out was shocking. UGH.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

(On a soap box) Real exercise science says you have to work out at a level you can mostly recover from in between workouts and to completely recover once a week. Pseudo exercise science claims that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger. If it kills you physically, mentally or spiritually your dead. (Stepping off the soap box and going to hide in the corner.)

LOL. I just saw this. I am not very good at checking in. I am always open to ideas and thought so no need to hide! I wish I would have never quit working out. It seems like it has been really hard to get back in. Im still struggling with the commitment.
