I didnt record during holiday weekend. Did okay everyday but yesterday. I know i went overboard on some pizza. I will work hard this week to make up for it, but I know it TOM week so I expect to retain some water.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
