Lost a pound! Been watching my carbs which I drastically lowered. Recently went on the keto diet and I feel great! No more cravings and I feel alert all the time. Lotsa protein and good fat. Even my daughter got onboard.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
