172.0 lbs, previous 174.8lbs, down 2.8 lbs
110/72 blood pressure

10mm, 17mm, 6mm = 11% body fat, down 1%
Waist 32.75”, previous 33”, down .25”

I have been eating 2600 calories for almost two weeks now trying to cut the fat. It seems to be working. Last week’s weigh in was a little off because of retained water. I was really about 173.5 last Friday rather than 174.8, so I really only lost about 1.5 lbs this week.

I have had a good month of walking. I set distance, duration and number of times walked records for this month. I feel that regular walking is important to my success.

Workouts have suffered a little bit this month. I have missed more of them that I would like but there is only so much time in the day and I am having to prioritize, and unfortunately, working out has fallen below several other things. Mainly it’s because we are looking for some acreage to purchase and I have been running all over the country side looking and planning for our new home site. As it looks now, this process is going to continue for a while. After we make our purchase, I will be spending a lot of time preparing the land and then of course moving. It is worth it though. I will just keep my calories down, work out when I have time, and continue along until we are settled again.

Halloween joke time!

Why did the ghost wreck his ghost car? …. Because he was full of booooo’s!!!
Why are ghosts always hungry? …. Because the food goes right through them!
Why do girl ghosts go on diets? …. So they can keep their ghoulish figures!

Happy Halloween everyone! I hope you and your families have a fun day! Be safe.

Duuuuude ... Nice! Nice numbers ... nice drop. Dunno about workouts suffering when your numbers are strong ... well done. Finding a piece of land and building on it sounds good. Hope you find a nice spot.

haha Chad. I have no doubt that you will. I think my lower body fat is due to my fear of buking. At this point I am still scared of getting fat! LOL
