Hello this is my first journal entry here! I will start tracking tomorrow.

Here are some rules/ideas for the next week.

-water with lemon first thing every morning
-no sugar or milk in my coffee
-no more than three cups of coffee- must be consumed before 12pm
-no bread unless you are eating a sandwich and then you may have only two slices per day
-tea, especially green tea, throughout the day
-no caffeine after 5pm
-no white carbs by themselves
-50 minutes of exercise everyday except Sunday
