Not sure how but the weight is staying down. My gym membership is about to expire and I may not have the money to renew it this time. I do have weights at home. I just need the willpower.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Have you thought about inviting a "work-out buddy" over to work out with? Having someone there to encourage you when you are feeling weak is great motivation! Also I like to set small goals and reward myself for meeting them....like "If I work out 5 times this week I will buy myself a new book I've been wanting to read".

Ah cool! I like books! I live in a very rural area. The nearest town is 15 miles away. The nearest relative is about 2 1/2 hours away. :( But my wife was going to the gym with me. If we do not renew for both of us then I will get her to workout with me at home. Thx!
