Ahh!!! The slow creep, with only 10 days till the wedding! I vow from this point forward to have a calorie deficit everyday, no matter how small it might be. (I've tried eliminating the problem foods before, but that only lasts about half a day, max.)
111.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
