Transitioned from whole foods to whole foods with a leaning towards SANE foods. (See the great book "The Calorie Myth" for details.) As the subtitle of the book promises... I've been eating more and exercising less and still losing weight.

To be fair, the goal of SANE eating isn't quite weight loss. It is to fix your metabolism and your body's hormonal balance. But weight loss is pretty much a side-effect of that.
330.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
