Plateaus, while necessary and normal, drive me crazy!! Slow and steady... ok, I get it... but come on. I am not complaining... I feel great, the belly bloat is so much less than it was, I'm sleeping great, the squats challenge is easier now than in the beginning, and I'm down 8 pounds in three weeks. Slow and steady... slow and steady. Really, I'm doing great but I would like the scale to just move a little to left again. :)

If you weighed weekly, you would be down 1 pound for the week. It's actually really normal to lose a pound or two a week, so you on right on target. You also lost a lot in the last few weeks, so it's perfectly normal to slow down to a pound or two a week now. Just keep realistic expectations (a pound a week). If it's more, then whoo hoo! If weighing daily is making you nuts, then only way once or twice a week. You can even see gains when you do everything right from sodium, exercise, sickness, inflammation, stress, lack of sleep, etc. The scale goes up and down all day long because our bodies are made up of 60% water and many things affect it. Just keep going. You are doing great and right on track.
