I have been a rather naughty girl these last few days... Eat almost 100% healthy, and then I get home and eat a bunch more healthy, but high-calorie, things right before bed. Do I hear dark chocolate anyone? It would almost be easier to stop if I were gorging on Oreos or something, where I wouldn't have the rationale that these things are "good for me." Nothing is good in excess...
