I knew the 2 lbs in two days last week was a fluke. However, I was not very good over the weekend either. It's Monday and back on track. Drink more water and stay away from pop! Started jogging again with a buddy who has never run before. So to ease her in we're starting with jogging 5 minutes at a time.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
