How many times have I started to lose weight and then fallen off the waggon after a few months/weeks/days???
I have always liked to think that I am a strong and dedicated person and that I give things my best effort but I seem to fail time and time again. My health is really not at its best and I know that I need to shift some weight before things get worse and it will cause even more problems.
This time I am not going to make any rash promises to myself (and others)that I am going to shift this weight once and for all but I am going to take it just one day at a time and try my best.
So tomorrow is the first day of my new healthy lifestyle with the rest of my life to look forward too (fingers, toes and everything else crossed) :-)

Many people here have been there before, heck I take little falls off the wagon all the time. What's most important is to get up and get back on. New starts are great and the longest journeys start with the first step. So welcome back on, you can do it!

Yes. We all do it. You just need to find the right balance and things will click for you.

We've all been there. One day at a time. Log your food, drink lots of water and walk.

I have always struggled too. This site is wonderful for support. Everyone here is great. I can't wait to hit my goal and not only have myself proud for finally achieving it after so many failed attempts, but to tell everyone how happy I am that their support was there. You've got this. One day at a time.

We've all been there, done that and we finally, at some point, pick ourselves up off the floor and say this is it...this is the last time. And we do it. You go this! And remember, even Superman had a weakness.

It's a new day and a new start. I try not to play my "failed" record too much. I try to remember that weight loss is about feeling and looking healthy. not about numbers and jean size.
