This is actually my start weight, 177.2 for these two new challenges. I had not wanted to think that I had gone up from my beloved 175 mark. Oh well, it is what it is. I have been doing a lot of walking, painting and carrying boxes from one room to another for the last few days. I watched a documentary on eating raw last night and want to incorporate more of that so I'm ready to go vegetarian for a week. A jump start is needed. And I have my pedometer watch ready for the 10000 step challenge too. Here goes!
177.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

Hmm. I do not have a way to measure the 10,000 steps. But I suppose I really do that many steps if you count walking to work and back and walking all over the school during the day! I should really get a pedometer.

I'm sure there's an app for that. Try pedometer app. Easy peasy.
