Hey there Buddies!
Well, I survived Day One of HELL WEEK at Orange Theory Fitness!
Apparently, the original HELL WEEK is five workouts over five days...BUT our OTF is requiring five workouts over seven days!
The workout was EXTRA HARD and fast-paced today. They had us alternating treadmill at level 15 with groups of 20 burpees/20 push-ups/20 jacks; then moving to the rowing machine for 1600 meters (one full mile) yikes!
I did pretty good...I do not do treadmill much but did level 12 on the elliptical and managed to total 1600 meters on the rowing machine but with rests!
Tomorrow - Day Two - woot!
It may not sound too bad but each day they will pick ONE muscle group and work us until we all run screaming!
The new word of the week is ENERGETIC.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
