I am back after not logging in for several months. I haven't gained any weight despite some vacations - including a cruise which was a 24 hr per day food festival for week. Really hoping to break through this plateau though, and so will kick up my recording a notch to more closely monitor my food intake starting today. This means the leftover chocolate pie in the fridge gets thrown out. :)
195.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
