Thanks everyone; I'm feeling down so the support is really helping . . .. I'm so confused; my very limited gluten free diet was working well I think. But I don't think I can do that long term. Just counting calories and portion sizes also works. I'm thinking of going extreme - paleo . . . I say this right after I just had a big cap'n crunch with whole milk. I haven't had cereal or milk in such a long time . .. . well that's my "cheat meal...." maybe I an get the craving out of my system now . . . super sore from intense workout with trainer yesterday.
