Last week I started well but I did not follow through after that. This week looks very similar to last except for Halloween thrown in. I must do better. Every week I say this week. I sound like a broken record.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I haven't bought any Halloween candy yet, I am waiting for the morning of Halloween, so i won't be tempted to eat the candy myself. if I have any leftover candy the kids next door will get it. We didn't have any candy left last year, there are a lot of kids in our neighborhood. Last year I got my candy at K-Mart and they had lots of it, even though it was Halloween day.

it is so hard to lose weight, odd how easy it is to gain it. The best thing is that you are aware and changes are difficult but anything you are working towards will eventually get you to your goal, there are lots of failures along the road, but even with pot holes that slow you down, you can eventually get where you are going. :) just keep plugging along girl.
