So my walking group is going good. We walk about 3 miles each session thanks to my new pedometer. We're gonna adjust our outside walk week to just 2 days a week bc it's getting colder and some people want to work out inside (myself included). I've been getting my strength training in a good bit lately so I will be able to do more as the walk week adjusts. My friend said he has something to tell me about us so he's flying down to take me to dinner on Friday (Halloween!). I told him if it's something bad I will stab him in the eye with a chopstick lol! And i don't even own a chopstick but will purchase a pair for that purpose lol! Just kidding! He said it's something good so dinner should be fun! It's super sunny amd beautiful today and lots of work to do. So I have to get back to it. Feeling really good. Actually, l feel awesome. Super peaceful. :D #Peace&Love

You are doing great by walking. Have you ever tried mall walking. It's indoors and you and your friends can get their early long before the stores open and do your walk. (This way you can visiualize all of the clothing you will be able to wear when you reach your goal weight. Remember no shopping just walking. This is what a lot people do here when the weather turns bad. Indoors safe, warm, and dry.) The second thing I wanted to mention to you always think of positive things when some tells you that they have something to tell you. Stop calling in the negative talk we do to much of that already. Shake of the fear factor and replace those thoughts with a happy thought and move forward without fear. I am sending you love and light my sister.

@TransButterfly yeah I thought of mall walking but it's just not efficient for me having to drive to it. One other person is gonna do the mall walk though on cold days though. They dont mind tgd drive. Thanks for the suggestion though! And I've already reached my goal weight by losing more than 100 pounds and purchased a few new things already so I do not wanna spend any more money on clothing for a while LOL! Oh and I was just kidding when I made that comment about the chopstick lol! Don't worry, I knew it was gonna be something good he has to tell me. We ladies have a 6th sense for that kind of thing hehe!! Have a beautiful day! #Peace&Love :D :D :D
