Lost a little weight because busy at work. Social pressure to not sit and eat all day long works in some circumstances. I've seen this before. Overate last night, supper 4 tacos in a bag. They weren't that good. I wasn't that hungry. That's a good place to make better decisions. 2 is pretty good, even 3 is decent.
