Age makes it harder but not impossible. When you have so little to lose, it can be really hard to get off. You have to be strict with your diet and tracking and kick up the exercise/activity levels. Focus on power foods, protein, and high fiber foods. Watch your sodium intake. You can't eat as much and lose as you age. Measuring cups, spoons and a food scale are great tools to help with weight loss. You also have to find the right caloric intake. Try 1200 or 1300 a day for a week and see what happens, but make those calories count with good nutriitous food.
