Whew, just finished and took two Aleve's. Had to take a break halfway. Adding the Screwdriver and the shoulder press along with the curls makes me feel the burn earlier. When I get used to this, I want to add a standing side raise and a Alternating Front Deltoid Raise using the 8 pounder. These will replace the Dumbbell Raise (1 lb) which is a modified combo of the two. Slow and steady. Hopefully by the end of the year, I'll be able to bump the weight up.
