I haven't been on fatsecret that much lately, but I have been keeping up with eating right and getting to the gym. I felt so good this morning when I woke up. I haven't lost a huge amount of weigt yet, but today I can actually feel it, if you know what I mean. I don't feel bloated or gross. I have a sweatshirt that was tight on me, that now fit comfortably. I will keep this up, and I promise to come on this site more too!! :D I hope everyone has a nice weekend.
