Still doing well. I probably lost more than I should have this week.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nowlunderstand, I like that comment, "It's the eating habits you acquire that'll make a difference in the long run!" How true that is. Nice drop Mattstoc, take the 4.0, there will be times when you'll be saying "I should have lost more than that". Keep up the good work.
