I fall down but i get back up. One weekend, i ate what i wanted. I was good! For the rest of the week until weigh in , I did right and kept my calories down. I drink Equate weight loss shakes when i'm in a rush , so i don't miss a meal. They're 190 calories. I also drink muscle milk. 100 calories, the chocolate kind. They curve the appetite, and they taste pretty good. Not like slim fast or the others. They taste like iron or the can. lol I'm not a sweet eater very much, but i do like my grandma's peanut butter cookies(two in a package). 190 for one cookie though. I shared the pack with my husband.lol By the time i got to weigh in. I'd lost 3 pounds that week. Don't forget water , and your vitamins. A must have.
