completely blew it last night. sugar. twizzlers.dried fruit. home alone and binge/stress eating. couldn't stop.BUT today walked a lot and did not blow it on the diet end. helped to be away from home and only took along healthy snacks. bought some sugar free and low sugar/fat alternatives.
