I didn't have time this morning to do my regular weigh in with all my stats. Things are going well. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop! Brent, we were talking about sugar levels while fasting the other day. I was doing a one meal a day for a couple of days and I checked my sugar after a 18 hour fast and it was low (about 61). That's why I don't think I could do the 16:8 fasting. Too worried about my sugar dropping too low. Do better when I eat 3 meals a day. Have a nice weekend.

Thanks for the feedback Willie. Your sugar is doing what it is supposed to do. I must be a freak of nature. When I fast, mine will rise to about 135 and stay there until I eat. Strange. Thnaks again for getting back with me.
