Wow! This has been a stressful week with work and family but seeing the scale moving downward is sure helping.
303.6 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How is your wife doing now? Hoping and praying she is better. I asked before but I never saw your reply. Good for you on the weight loss. 2.5 lbs a week is great!

Dennis, Hey :) I noticed that you touched my heart in support of my recent journal posting (Oct. 27,2014) so I went over to view your Bio & weight chart history. It looks like in the past month you were off to a good start,weight loss 4 days in a row! Way to go :) Then I noticed weight loss again 4 days in a row. That's good too but I couldn't help but think is a pattern developing? so I looked further. No because the next 2 days you lost again before an increase of losing weight 6 days in a row!! WAY TO GO!!! Don't forget to look at the BIG picture because the little pictures from day to day aren't *seeming* to go the way you THINK it should.Progress is progress even if it appears otherwise at times. Think of it as commas or periods in sentences. There purpose is to slow us down or stop us.NOT totally but just for a moment,then continue on. Imagine what sentence structure would be like *without* the pauses & stops from the commas & periods. Probably have a hard time figuring out what was being relayed to us,wouldn't we? :) I like to think that a short pause(comma) or a little longer pause/stop (period) in weight loss is to help us figure out whats being relayed to us by the actions we are doing or not doing. It gives our "diets" structure. :) Keep BOTH feet on the scale but don't forget a tape measure may show loss where a scale appears not to. Wouldn't you like the rise on the scale if it were muscle?! Would that be showing progress but *appearing* not to? Keep an eye on what you are doing,it seems to be working. Watch for the punctuation & adjust it before it becomes a negaitve Question Mark or Exclamation Point :)
