Well, its been a stressful few months. Broke my foot, stopped eating right & exercising, and ultimately came undone. Time to pick up the pieces and get accountable again.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
