Still on the wagon DAY 2: Good morning! My Husband complimented me today which was a nice start. I ate green beans for breakfast because I was too lazy to fix anything. I still weigh the same but I do see my body starting to transform. I work out on a pole and I was able to do a basic invert for the first time! For those of you not familiar, it is when you hang upside down on the pole. My tummy would get in the way before but now I am able to do it and I am stoked! My back and toe are feeling much better. I also did some crunches yesterday and danced around with the kids for 20 minutes. I HATE exercising so I am glad I am able to fit a few activities in here and there and pole work is a whole body toning and it's fun so for once I am enjoying it! Hope everyone else out there is doing good!
