20 days post op still sore. walking 30 minutes max outdoors causes moderate pain, have to walk slowly and tread carefully. this site has me motivated to follow my diet, seeing it all written down helps. CPAP study tonight, will get machine in two weeks. tech says it will help my metabolism, give me more energy and need to nap less and sleep less. Home scale says 197
