Reviewing my challenges. I'm gearing more towards exercise and healthier eating choices. I have to ban any kind of salty snack for awhile. I'm starting to use them as a gobble gcbble. Very yucky how unconscious even a small binge can be. Chips be gone!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

779 kcal Fat: 27.83g | Prot: 39.97g | Carb: 101.48g.   Breakfast: Season's Choice Frozen Raspberries, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened Vanilla, Cheerios. Lunch: Bananas, Rainbow Light Vanilla Protein Energizer (20.3g), So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened. Dinner: Lamb or Mutton Stew with Vegetables in Gravy. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's The Dark Chocolate Lover's Chocolate Bar, Giant Eagle Chick Peas, Pink Lady Apples. more...

Hear you on that. Been battling all week with the snacks, but still see a chance to salvage the week. Incredible how many calories and sodium are in a small amount of Cheese Puffs or Frito Lays Scoops. I agree, Chips be gone!
