Hi to all. It's been just over 4 months now, and I've made it from 236.3 to 203.3. That doesn't sound like a big number, but it does make a big difference in how you feel. 3 more to go to meet my first goal, then I'm going to try and walk my way to 180. I haven't been under 200 lbs in... uhhh... let's just say Clinton was in his first term. It's been a little slow, and it's been a little up and down, but dang it has been FUN watching the numbers go backwards for a change!!
