I did very poorly this week at tracking an I knew I ate a ton of junk this week. I'm pleasantly surprised that I only gained .2 lbs. This coming week will be better. I may even start exercising a bit.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

If I could recommend the one key element to me having some success here it has been due to tracking. I think if you keep it steady you will feel more accountable about what you are eating ....like the aforementioned CRAP cause you kow you are gonna have to right that crap down later! Peace
