Happy Wednesday to all FS, and I can report I have not changed in weight but will do the official weight in on Friday, however I was able to comfortably move my belt in another notch :)

Yeah! Moving a notch tells the tale more than weight! Excellent. No doubt it will show on the scale soon too.

Thanks everyone I guess I should take my own advice and get rid of some clothes most of my pants swim on me now with like a 3 to four inch gap
