not a good day today.. perhaps i'll fill up on girl scout cookies and instead not eat dinner.. :) that sounds completely healthy right?? :)

ok i only had 2 servings of girl scout cookies. the class wasn't as intense, lots of yoga like exercise.. but when i got home i ran around the neighborhood and earned a small 300 cal dinner. squeaked it out.....

Oh shoot! Those thin mints are SO GOOD! Nice job only having two servings! And thanks for the reply. I'm going to look at the classes my gym has for strength training and I fixed my account so people can make comments :)
