Lots of vegetables, some nuts and seeds, some fruit, small amounts of rice pasta or squash/potatoes and no sugar or alcohol. Do You Are Your Own Gym at least 4x/wk and yoga 6x/wk. Be mindful, say prayer before each sit down meal. Listen to YOR CD's & study notes. Go to support groups..TOPS, OA.
