I gave in and had the following

Five slices of Woolies red velvet cake
Steers 3patty burger & chips
2 chocolates
Macaroni and mince
Loads of simba chips

Atleast it was not all in one day

Im just glad I have managed to maintain the mid-80 weight. It seems it will take longer than expected but I am determined to lose this weight.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
