Weigh in today and lost 7 pounds in 6 days. I have one more week to go on the 900 cal or less and then will get a boost on my diet.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Not to be a negative nelly, but Boost quickly please :) At 900 calories per day it is likely some of that 7 lbs is muscle, not just fat... you need that muscle to burn more fat in the long run. Good on you for having that much discipline, but would prefer to see you losing FAT ONLY by eating a bit more. Good luck!

Eating 900 calories per day for a short period of time is a very effective tool for losing fat.
