ok, this sucks... i been eating healthier, exercise daily for atleast an hour drinking a gallon of water daily..yet i've gained weight :( i don't get it .. do i need to be on a stricter diet???
142.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might need to play around with calories to see what helps you lose. Are your clothes more loose? Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Gains can happens for many reasons.

i've not had any wheat or rice for 5 days now & it has helped a lot & i also increased my water intake i will search your suggestion & yes my clothes are fitting much better i'm starting to feel hipbone tooo :) thank you for your help
