Great high intensity workout this morning I Feel AWESOME hope everyone else does too. FYI I always put cookies in my log even if I dont have them because I do like something sweet almost everyday.

So what did you do for a work-out? Share me your secret to get your energy! I myself had a pretty good WO, have not had such power in a long while. But it left me feeling drained, not Awesome. So what did you do?

@Brent yes indeed a good workout always helps and so do cookies sometimes. @Puhpine this morning I did P90X Plyometrics it is normally a good 50 minute workout but I was running late this morning so I cut it a little short, very high impact high intensity workout, I am dripping by the time I finish.
