u-d yesterday and today. Upset about that b/c I was good on the diet day before yesterday (Sunday) and yesterday (Monday). Also that exhausted feeling. Suspected the ice cream I ate after dinner on Sunday? Or period coming on? No ice cream Monday but lots of legumes. Oh bother.
