First day First day of new attempt over with. Started with personal trainer yesterday and absolutely loved it. Felt sick, couldn't breathe, was dizzy and a bit of a wimp - but loved it. It hurts everywhere today.
Booked twice a week for the next month - hopefully this will kick start a continual healthy lifestyle.
Though someone could have told me I would end up having a sleepless night because of it!
