Kind of frustrated with myself. I feel like I have been sabotaging myself these past few weeks. I need to get back on the wagon, but I know that this is my MO. Get about 10 pounds from my goal and make it harder on myself so that I quit. Not going to happen this time. I will continue to take it 1 day at a time and win. So back to the plan I go.
