looks similar to what I do.. morning and afternoon's are fine with my control, its dinner and after dinner that is my downfall. I grew up with a skinny tall mother that snacked all night long while watching television... hard habit for me to break. At least you are still working at it and keeping it in mind... my mind went on vacation :)
