Starting back up again. After being diagnosed with Epilepsy (out of nowhere) and losing my drivers license (and pretty much anything else that didn't involve sitting on my ass at home) I'm finally back to where I can start working out at the gym again, after gaining back all the weight I'd lost plus some.
Hopefully the weight I've gained comes off quickly, though I don't expect any drastic changes. I'm hoping by summer to have slimmed down at least 2 pants sizes. I don't expect a lot when it comes to numbers, mainly because I plan to work on muscle definition and that weighs more than fat, but I do expect a lot in inches lost.
With approx. 10 months +/- I should be able to pull it off. Wish me well!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
