Good walking yesterday, a bit higher on the calories but stayed the same.. Gym today.. Gorgeous, clear sky this morning during walk. Millions of stars, country dark
180.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
