Back on the low carb diet. I know I need to make a change for the rest of my life. I don't think bryan understands that I have to make a change and never go back to the way I was eating.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
