Not new but just a person lagging and dragging my feet. I need to improve and want too. I decided I will give this a serious try and do it right. I want to see results.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
