Hello to all! I've just found FS today and am really excited to use this as a tool on my journey to better health and happiness. I've always struggled but as I get older its def harder to get weight off and keep it off. Thought about lapband... Nah! I pray this outlet will keep me accountable and help me see what I'm doing wrong and also get the positive feedback from members!
