Trying out black coffee. It's kind of like alcohol. The first few sips are pretty awful, but then you get used to it. Which is a much healthier practice with coffee.

Finally recording my weight again today, because I was embarrassed by the gain-back I had. But that's silly. I need to be honest. I had topped out at 159.2 lb at the beginning of this week. I've already lost almost all that weight gain...and that's good! Now to keep it going so that I can finally achieve my weight loss goal that I've had for about a year and a half now!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to think my morning coffee needed milk and sugar, tried one that way a few weeks go, it was soo sweet I couldn't drink it. I've been doing only black coffee for about a year now.
